3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of confirmed appointments, allowing us to adjust our team schedules accordingly.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any area does not meet your complete satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at zero additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability
